4. Online Transactions & Sending Money
All electronic transfers and payments initiated on our website are governed by the following principles:
- Transactions are subject to verification, monitoring, and reporting under BSA/AML regulations.
- The Bank may request additional documentation before approving or completing certain transactions.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of recipient details. The Bank is not liable for losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Consumers retain protections under Regulation E for unauthorized electronic fund transfers, provided discrepancies are reported promptly.
- Transfers may be subject to daily and per-transaction limits; these will be disclosed to customers at the point of transaction and in account documentation.
- Our customers are allowed to transfer up to three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) maximum to personal bank accounts and five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) to business accounts and another transaction can be done after forty eight hours, Any amount beyond the requirement will be red flag for violations and will face penalties from the bank
